Rules of the Photography Competition: Each person may submit up to four photographs The closing date for the receipt of entries is 21st August 2012 All entries should be submitted by post to Curdridge Show, PO Box 368, Southampton, SO18 3WH or by e mail to curdridgephoto@gmail.com Colour / black and white prints, colour slides and digital images are accepted Digital images sent by post must be submitted as prints with the RAW file or original JPEG file on a CD (ISO cross-platform Mac/PC) Please do not submit glass mounted slides or prints larger than A4 Clearly label your entries with your name, address and telephone number If you wish you photographs to be returned please enclose a stamped addressed envelope The decision of the judges will be final No responsibility will be accepted for lost or damaged entries Please take care when photographing adults or children that you have their permission By entering the competition all entrants give their permission for their photographs to be used free of charge for the purposes of promoting the Curdridge Country Show in the future and this may include publishing them on our website The winner will be notified by 30th September 2012
