What’s Happening in 2017!

The 2017 Show Programme is now available!

Copies of the printed programme are free and can be found in local libraries, tourist information centres and from local businesses in Curdridge, Bishops Waltham and surrounding areas that support the Show.  Programmes are also available on the gate on Show Day.

The Programme was designed by Ashley James Design.  Click on the picture of the front page to go to Ashley’s website.

Alongside the entertainment we have to offer in the Arena (see Arena events to the right), we have the following activities booked for you to enjoy:

Pony Magic

ferret racing and roulette

bungee trampolines

a bouncy castle

woodland crafts

a ferris wheel

a pottery wheel

junior crossbows

fire engines

We are delighted to welcome back 3p Suite, an A Capella harmony group who have always proved popular at previous shows.

As always, our popular Hog Roast and Tea Tent will be available for you to enjoy on the day, or maybe you would prefer to relax with a drink from the Curdridge Cricket Club Bar.

The Horticultural Show offers a wide variety of classes for you to enter.  It is a great fun way to show off your produce, crafts, baking or artwork.

The Grand Draw takes place during the show and has a great range of prizes to offer donated by local businesses that support the Show. Further details of the prizes available in this year’s Grand Draw will be added over the coming months.  Tickets are not yet available to buy, but details of how to get them will be made available soon.

If you still have energy to burn after the show, there is a Barn Dance held in the evening, which offers live music, food, drink and a great atmosphere.  Tickets are not yet available to buy, but will be available soon.

We work hard to encourage a good variety of exhibitors to come to the Show for you to enjoy.  Details of exhibitors from the last Show can be found in the exhibitors directory.  Further information on exhibitors appearing at this years show will be added throughout the next few months as they book up.

As part of the show there are a number of competitions that you and your family can take part in.  These include sideshows, the Horticultural show and the photography competition.  Click on the link here to be taken to the relevant page of the website:  Competitions
