Curdridge Country Show.

Access To The Show-Ground

The Curdridge Country Show is held at the Reading Rooms and Recreation Ground.  The site consists of a large grass field, an area of hardstanding and a variety of buildings.  There is quite a steep gradient over some of the grass field.

While we try and make the Show as accessible as we can for all our visitors, you should bear in mind that the ground will be uneven and, to see the whole show might involve a fair amount of walking.  The show-ground, the Scout & Guide Hut and the Main Hall are accessible to wheelchairs however, not all of the buildings on the site are wheelchair friendly.  Seating is available at the Tea Tent, the Pavilion Bar and around the Arena.  Should any visitors find that they have any unexpected difficulty on the day, they can seek help from one of the many volunteer Stewards.

Disabled driver parking is available in the main car park of the Show, which again, is on grass and, the area of parking dedicated to disabled drivers will be clearly sign posted on show-day.  Drivers carrying disabled passengers can drop off their passengers at the main gate before they park if this is more convenient and chairs will be provided by the gate for this purpose.

Toilets designated for disabled use are available in the Main Hall and in the Scout and Guide Hut.
