Curdridge Country Show

Accessibility

The Curdridge Country Show is held at the Reading Rooms and Recreation Ground.  The site consists of a large grass field, a tarmacked area and a variety of buildings.  There is quite a steep gradient over most of the site.

While we try and make the Show as accessible as we can for all our visitors, you should bear in mind that the ground will be uneven and to see the whole show might involve a fair amount of walking.  Visitors in wheelchairs are very welcome and we also provide limited seating areas around the Showground.  Should any visitors find that they have any unexpected difficulty on the day, they can seek help from one of the many Stewards available.

Disabled driver parking is available in the main car park of the Show, which is on grass, and the entrance will be clearly marked on the day.  Drivers carrying disabled passengers can drop off their passengers at the main gate before they park if this is more convenient and chairs will be provided by the gate for this purpose.

Toilets designated for disabled use are available in the main village hall building and in the Scout and Guide Headquarters Building.
