The 63rd Curdridge Country Show and Barn Dance is taking place on Saturday 16th July. It is a fantastic day out for all the family with entry at only £20 for a family ticket.
There are a huge variety of trade stands for you to peruse to buy that unique gift or treat yourself to some delicious local produce. Attractions on the Show-ground includes inflatables, rides, vintage cars, birds of prey and much more to keep everyone entertained, plus, entertainment in our arena and the popular horticultural show, it all makes for a fun-packed day out. What better way to finish off the day with the Barn Dance in the evening – live music, great food and a brilliant atmosphere!
The Show and Barn Dance is the main fundraising event of the year for the registered charity that runs our local village hall, The Curdridge Reading Rooms and Recreation Ground.
The building and grounds require a significant amount of upkeep and so this event is incredibly important to the local community. The hall and grounds are used by many local groups and individuals including the elderly, the very young and individuals with learning difficulties. It is a wonderful asset for the community and the volunteers work hard to keep it running.
